I changed my car with Newgate motors, I had not previously bought from them, but got talking to Ian Reynolds of Newgate by chance when we left our car in for service, we conversed about perhaps changing our car and from The moment it was mentioned, Ian took on board everything I said I wanted in my next car. Ian was excellent to deal with, kept me in the loop every step of the way, I had him Hounded with questions, which he answered straight away. He was pure pleasure to deal with, he added a few nice extra touches to our experience which meant so much to me. I will most definitely deal with Ian in future, I highly recommend Ian Reynolds for anyone interested in changing your car, so professional, attention to detail and above all listening to customer and their wants. He ticked every box. I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but really felt Ian deserved a mention and it’s nice to share a good experience with people.
